Wesley Chapel HondaReviews of wesleychapelhonda.com

Wesley Chapel Honda is a great dealership, my salesman, Andy, was a pure pleasure to deal with. I felt like I was valued as a customer and the closing transaction went very quickly, something that is important to me, I don't like sitting at a long time when purchasing a car. I would not hesitate in recommending this dealership to anyone.

Working with Natalie Martinez polite, knowledge, explained trading issues and I am now a proud owner of CRV Thanks Natalie and Honda good deal!!

Really great experience looking at be options. Everyone was fantastic. Andy was an incredible sales agent/Honda expert. He knew his stiff, was honest and consistent. Took me three years to decide with multiple visits and test drives. Never got frustrated with me, and was always helpful, generous with his time and a very nice guy all around. I would highly recommend seeking Andy out of you pop by the dealership. Kurt my finance guy was awesome too, really great people and experience at this dealership. I would do business with them again in a heartbeat.

We had a great experience with our salesperson Joey Lyman while visiting. We went there to look at used vehicles and walked out with a brand new! We had such a personable experience with Joey and we felt like we have known him for years. He is very honest and knowledgeable and would definitely recommend him to anyone. He took the time to make sure we were happy and even talked to our teenage boy about his future schooling and baseball likings. We love our new Honda Civic Sport.

Contacted the dealership for a regular oil change yesterday. Today the oil pan cover guard fell off and I returned to the dealership to have the service department address the issue. After speaking with Neil the service associate, he assured me it would be a quick fix and I would be on my way. Upon receiving my truck back, I checked underneath the vehicle and saw that instead of replacing the broken guard that was unrepairable the service technician punched another hole in the guard and connected it to the frame of my truck with zip ties. I immediately informed Neil that this was an unacceptable quick fix it job and that it would break loose in no time leaving me the cost of the repair. I brought my truck to the dealership without any issues prior to being service and expected it to be returned as such. After waiting nearly three hours for them to decide as to fix it or not, I was told it would be $100 dollars to replace the part that is broken. This dealership sold me the truck with no TPM sensors (safety concern) in the tires as well as a faulty rear taillight. Although purchasing the lifetime oil changes, I WILL NOT return for service at this dealership and recommend my fellow Veterans steer clear.

Thank you for helping me with the new car.

First and foremost I would like to say thank you to Myra from the service department who went beyond the Scope of her services to resolve my issues I was having with my 2020 Honda Pilot, we need more service Providers like her who really care for the customer. I would also like to take this time to say thank you to my sales person Mo, who has sold me 4 new cars and two to my son, I would like to continue my business here at the Wesley Chapel Honda dealership and keep my sales person who's been loyal And transparent with me throughout the years of my purchasing vehicles with him. Once again thank you Mo!!!

Mo my sales consultant was very helpful and went out of his way to get me the deal. Great customer service, he took the time to show me how to use some of the features on my new vehicle.
