Sheila with WeShare is great!
Sheila with WeShare went above and beyond to figure out why our hospital network sent us an erroneous bill. I truly appreciate her having the patience and thoroughness to solve the problem. It wasn’t easy to wade through a hospital network’s billing department, but the peace of mind it brought cannot be measured!

Great Customer service with Lorriane
This is the first time I have had to call and use your services in the 2 years we have had you. I was a little nervous and I got a wonderful person named Lorraine who helped me and helped me to understand a bill I had recieved verses the EOB i got from yo guys. she has been a great source of information and helping me with my statement. she was kind, paient and didn't make me feel dumb! so happy! judy G

Sheila Bain
Sheila Bain! She was able to call my OBGYN and confirm that they are a provider and should take my We Share coverage. My appointment would have cost over $600 otherwise. She took the time to call them and explain how this program works and is different then the others. She even called me back when we got disconnected so I did not have to start allover with anther agent. Thank you!
