Sheila was great in assisting me with a billing issue with Minute Clinic in CVS.

Heather answered all my questions and followed up with my previous phone call back in sept. Was upset with them changing payer id numbers but hopefully Heather will fix my issues. So far been a good company to deal with high call times

Jesse listened to what I needed even tho im no longer a share member. He was patient ,kind, and well mannered.

After having WeShare for a year, I did not have a chance to use up my $6,000.00 deductible. That being said I went back to regular insurance with the same deductible at 1/2 the price of WeShare. You know these folks portray themselves as Christian but the guy I first talked to was a surly smart alec that, after confirming my identity and my request to cancel, sent me an email stating I would still be billed until I call back and identify myself. Now the second customer service representative was just about the same way. When I said I need to confirm my identification and cancel, she got all puffed up and tried to talk over me. She was asking why I want to cancel so I told her it is for this reason right here - Customer service reps that want to have the last work and do not want to listen.

Jesse was easy to deal with. Answered all of my questions and called back in a timely manner.

Sheila Bain did such a wonderful job assisting me find a specialist today!! She spent a lot of time trying different doctor's offices until she finally found one that worked. I really appreciated her kindness and tenacity!
