We had some trouble connecting at first…
We had some trouble connecting at first (techonology issues I believe), but he was very patient and helpful at helping me to navigate getting a referral, as well as providing locations that are in network with UHSM.

Don was extremely helpful
Don was extremely helpful. However, I have been calling Weshare about the same issue for 2 weeks and have been promised a response many times and haven't received a response. So, I'm going to be hopeful and hope that my 3rd call will issue a response.

Alex Chavez was very understanding and helpful
Alex Chavez was very helpful in explaining some shortcomings to the website and assisted me in correcting our records. I would have made it 5 stars but your website does not allow me to alter my grandson’s account. As a minor he cannot have access.

Great program if you need coverage
Staff in amazing and reassures and validates concerns. Do your research on which plan is best for you. Chris, Pheonix and Antionette have all helped me and they are great.
