Monica was so patient and walked me through all of my questions around WeShare. Insurance and programs like insurance can be so confusing, and she was so happy to help me. I feel like I finally understand the program! She even went as far to help me with a Healthy Discount.

I needed to downgrade my plan, and my representative Missy was such a wonderful help! She went above and beyond for the call, and was a blessing to talk to. I know my call will go well when I’m on the phone with her. She is very kind and knowledgeable about WeShare, and what I can expect as a client.

We had some trouble connecting at first (techonology issues I believe), but he was very patient and helpful at helping me to navigate getting a referral, as well as providing locations that are in network with UHSM.

We used UHSM for our family of 6 for two years. My husband is a sole proprietor business owner and my part-time position at a school was not eligible for benefits. UHSM was by far the most affordable option for our family, and the customer service was always terrific. The only challenge we faced was with long processing times, but otherwise we were totally satisfied with our experience as members.

I couldn't be happier with UHSM. They have been an incredible partner and a great safety net for my family. Every time you call and talk to someone they speak with great care, enthusiasm, and appropriate bedside manner. I feel uplifted after every experience. This is how the "insurance" system should be, not the broken down horrible system we have existing today. We have already told many other people about it, and have gotten other family members a part of it, its the best for anyone in need of benefits that cant be provided by employers or the state, hands down.
