WePayReviews of wepay.com

many of these services out there these days, some a bit sketchy. ive made several donations which never posted to the recipients account. some only forward a percentage of the donation and keep a portion for their selves. so, now, i ask questions. jeffrey graciously addressed my concerns and sure enough, my donation posted to the recipients account, IN FULL. i highly recommend "we pay" to anyone seeking a service or using one.

I was reviewing bank charges for my taxes and couldn't identify what a few transactions were for exactly so I used the feature on the WePay site to get a list of my past transaction and received an email that clarified the situation very promptly and thoroughly. In my experience, that is rare and wonderful customer service compared to other payment processing services that are hardly even identifiable on bank statements.

I've had a great experience using wepay with the fundraiser I created through youcaring.com. Our fundraiser for my sister in laws medical expenses has gone amazing and the first settlement of $42,000 was wired by wepay to my brother and sister in laws account right when it was suppose to. I had some initial questions with set up of beneficiary as well as some ongoing questions and the support received from Jeffery at wepay has been great. Jeffery has gotten back to me in a timely manner each and every time I have sent an email request. I would recommend wepay to anyone needing their service based on the experience I've had over the last week and a half.

I had a couple of failed transactions and I emailed about my issues. They were really fast at getting back to me and very helpful. I am very pleased with Dia and WePay Support. Thank you again all very much!

Jeffery helped me resolve a problem very quick response thank you for the help

I had a problem with a donation and Tucker with WePay was absolutely wonderful, stuck with it and helped me resolve! Great employees and service at WePay!!!

I started a gofundme to raise money to bury a friend who died. Once the gofundme was closed, I received a chargeback through wepay, which means someone who made a donation wanted their money back. I contacted that person, to who said they had no idea what was going on and they did NOT want their donation back. I challenged the chargeback, submitted the receipt for the tombstone purchase and wepay STILL took $150 out of my account, overdrafting it. I thought the dispute was handled, and now three weeks later they took ANOTHER $150 out, overdrafting my account. Again, I talked to the person who donated, who again said she has no idea why this is happening and she eventually had to call her bank who handled it. I tried to find a phone number to call for wepay? They don't have one. The one number they had is a recording and you cannot speak to an operator. This company is a scam and a load of crap. I can't believe gofundme deals with a company like this. A company with no customer service reps.

Im Chelsea G and a partner of mine by the name of Jimmiah G have been trying to help those of Hurricane Harvey and WePay has not responded to our email yet. Its been two days since they canceled our funds and they still havent sent them. GoFundMe release them Thruday and they canceled after telling him everything was okay. Now we have nothing to show for our fundraiser and nobody wants to reply. We have been dealing with this for a week. I even asked if i should take the withdrawl out of his name since they are having so many problems and they told me it would be okay. So now im upset and confused. We sent the verfication through gofundme because the link they sent was broken. Nobody has reached out and we are forced to use out of pocket funds although we had a whole entire fundraiser. This process is diffcult and this is the last time i will do this. For now on i will use PayPal because this is extremely too much
