Love WePay! Low rates and fast settlements. They do not have phone support, but their online ticket system works pretty well. I contacted them with a problem we had with our settlements and Mira got it fixed ASAP!

This review for Mira. After three communications with WePay regarding verification of documents to remain a customer, I seemed to be getting nowhere fast through the website to send my required documents. Frustrated, I went to customer support with my tale of woe. Mira responded quickly. She took charge and got my verification approved just like that. Well Done, Mira

WePay uses different transaction IDs than the company that actually takes the money, but the difference only matters sometimes. When there's confusion, email is the only way to go as they do not have phone support (and for me to want to use phone support it must be bad).

We have been WePay customers for sometime now. Just had an issue that Mira was able to help clear up right away. We do appreciate customer support being there when we need them.

WePay it’s a very poor service, if you want headaches please go ahead and hire them, enough trying to run a business and in top of that this company comes along and instead of helping you they just treat you like is your fault for every mistake they made . Non professional Very expensive fees Problem solving 👎 hire them if you want more problems .
