Package says delivered but it's not. No proper response from customer service.

The product was never shipped order can cancelled . This is bad business if cx has purchased the product the price should be honored

Unfortunately this ust projector really failed to live up to its hype and how the manufacturer advertised it. It was glitchy and the image was way worse than my previous projector that cost half as much. Wemax support was also pretty poor; it is obvious they are not a USA based company as advertised, or at least no one there is a native English speaker. Not only was the sales/marketing team untruthful about the products specs and capabilities, the support was also not helpful. I would not suggest shopping here or buying their products on amazon or elsewhere

Ordered two items and decided to pay using Bank Transfer—a big mistake, apparently. What followed was a series of unintelligible email threads by a foreign person that oddly always begins any communication with "Hi, friend," ugh. Despite continuously pleading for them to verify their HKD bank accounts in Hong Kong—where I wire (SWIFT) transferred the funds—the person continued to insist that I had paid using a credit card and that he could issue a "refund" if he canceled. Of course, I asked them not to do so; against my best wishes, he did so anyway, completely disregarding whatever I said. I wholeheartedly believed that there was some sort of miscommunication—something trivial that could be sorted out in no time—but no; this company is clearly defrauding its customers and withholding their hard-earned money—especially when it's a SALE order. Now I am out nearly $3K and no projector in sight.

The one I received is defective and the support is not really great.

Placed order. Order canceled because the promo code was bad? Tried to ask them to replicate deal with their chat service. That service was just a bot that said nothing. And then they sent an email for me to review their projector. So this is my review.

Ordered a 4K laser projector abs they canceled the order abs did not honor the sale which was completed through their website. Bad business It want not a duplicate coupon! You made a mistake abs you processed the order, that is a contract and you should have honored it. We will advise others not to purchase from your company
