Fraud company!! Stay away - you will not get your order and also not get any support
My friend recently spent $1200 on a Wemax projector in the US (San Francisco). He never received his projector. He contacted Wemax a number of times for resolution but to no avail. Wemax is not providing any customer service whatsoever.

Must have right height for the placement
There is no way to adjust lenses hence this projector turned out to be useless for my location

projector and ALR screen is amazing…
projector and ALR screen is amazing quality. my only concern is I need to do audio configuration every time I set up so that it my speakers are connected properly. other than that, it looks great. buy bigger screen if your wall is big enough.

Not usable for us.
I purchased this with high hopes. The colors and brightness were good. Now to the not so good. First issue , there was a fairly loud, very high pitch whine that the projector made. It was very annoying and made the projector not work for us. Second, a smaller issue but not a deal breaker , you absolutely need a screen with the laser projector. Projecting onto a textured wall will not work. Third, they wanted to charge me at 10% restocking fee for the defective item. That made me very unhappy with the company.

Dear Drew. Good day! We are so sorry for the inconvenience this may cause you. The WEMAX Nova ultra short throw projector will make a slight whistle type noise. This sound is the light wheel component inside for the light source. This is a normal occurrence. We suggest keeping the projector in a well ventilated area so it can maintain optimal temperature. Please note that if you are not using an ALR screen, then warping is likely a result of the wall not being entirely flat. For optimal viewing experience, an ALR or CLR screen is highly recommended. So sorry that you are not satisfied with the item. Best Regards!
