Great projector for the money. Sounds from the projector could use a little improvement.

I am very disappointed and upset by the inaccuracy of the information provided by you ,I tried contacting you multiple times through a phone call and it didn’t work. I placed an order with you on the 8th and it was supposed to take 2-3 bday., first time you said I will got it in October 14 th  than it’s saying to the 18th and I’m traveling out of the country and leaving . Finally I got it , the Resolution not good also Netflix didn’t work

I ordered a 4K short throw and 120 inch screen and I was told it was going to ship about October 25th and it still has not shipped I received the short throw projector but the screen has not shipped and I haven't got any updates on that from wemax ..update contacted customer service 10-31-2022 and they provided me a tracking number however, this should of been sent to me last week. I had to contact them. Wemax needs to work on their communication. Everything came like it was supposed to the product is a very good product the screen is a very good screen so I recommend the projector in the screen to anybody been very impressed with it. so I change my rating from 2 to 4 but the customer service still needs to be worked on

Rated 4 start because I ordered a projector and tripod but the tripod came by itself. Contacts customer service don’t know if it because of time difference but they responded back early AM and I live east coast USA. Told them I didn’t receive the projector gave them my order number and they took cared of sending the projector through Amazon. Got the projector and it was in great shape packaged nice in the original packaging. I don’t have but one other project and it the vanyko 510 and I got the wemax vogue and it’s a big upgrade. The only thing I see that might be confusing is even though I change the language to English when I type in the search it still shows Chinese, but it’s a arrow or something you click on in the keyboard to change it. Other than that the project is great and customer service handled my issue in a timely manner. Thanks

Great picture quality. It is easy to setup. Connect the power download from store or insert the usb to install apps. Most easiest Android TV system to install apk files . And the package no damage. The price with promotion pretty good.
