They gave discounts and $50 for the holidays was super cool and allowed me to get something from their website for free or a lot less money.

I've had some issues with the projector, after testing it I'm not happy with the image quality given my setup. I've been trying to return the item, but customer service is requiring me to go through a series of steps, including recording and sending a video before they will accept my return. I wish I had ordered the item from Amazon.

Hi, Michael, sorry about that. Please check our return request procedure here: https://www.wemax.com/pages/return-policy. As per the policy, photo or video prove is requested to get free return shipping label or you may need to pay for the return shipping feel. Thanks

You email stated the projector AND screen shipped. Only the projector shipped. Only recently told screen shipp after February. When ordered all was to ship in November. If I had known this I would have refused delivery and cancelled order. Your firm is not worth dealing with. Recommendation is to NEVER deal with your firm!

Sorry about the poor exprience. Because of the tons of orders during Black Friday, some of our screens are out of stock including this version. Our aftersales team informed the inventory the first moment when it's out of stock via email. We're highly sorry about the delay. If you still didn't get the screen and can't wait anymore, we can provide full refund with extra coupon code for your next purchase or switch to another screen and refund the balance for you. Your understanding and consideration will be highly appreciated. Thanks

That’s all you say on TRUSTPILOT. Not a single email from this pathetic company. No one ever contacts. All they do is reply here.
