Suppoet waa able to assist with shipping updates and the Wemax Nova was a good price compared to other UST. The screen handles ambient light well and I like that the nova doesn't require alot of space. I paired mine with an Nvidia Shield TV Pro for faster interaction with applications and games.

Very nice portable projector -DICE. Easy to operate. I like the autofocus feature. The sound is loud enough but may be some improvement needed with . The picture quality is amazing

ok I brought Fresnel ALR screen and went through installation. Everything looked fine till I projected an image using 4K UHD projector. That is when I noticed two small vertical dents. They are only visible on bright images. When the projector is off it is difficult to even see them. only when you look from side under bright light do you see the dents. This is ruining my viewing experience and your policy is not to take any responsibility once it has been mounted. The screen comes rolled in a tube. You are supposed to unroll it facing down. It is very impractical to lift it up at this stage to look for defects. Mine were so minor that I probably would not have found them. Once you mount on frame, that is it and you will blame customer for faulty installation. This is a nice loophole that only benefits you. Will never by a Wemax and will warn others about your policy.

First, no carrying case come along and can't get 3rd party one in the market. Second, no pre-installed Netflix and can't get from wemax play store. Hope Wemax can release an software update soon to resolve item 2.

Sorry for the poor exprience. 1. We didn't have carry case for this version cause we had already designed the handy strip for movement, an extra carry case seems unnecessary for most of customers. 2. The pre-installed Netflix is not forbidden for Netflix as an authorized brand.

So far very happy with the projector. Bought it for thanksgiving deal$. Projector at good discount$ for comparable features from other brands. Video clarity and brightness good. Was a little concerned about the lumens but satisfied.
