Received a defective unit
Received a defective unit. Out of the box after plugging in the projector turns on but has no display at all. Contacted customer support and was told to send them a video showing the issue. Unfortunately after I did customer support stated they can't help me until after February 4th as it's Chinese new year holiday

Not the best service
Not the best service, they refused to return my product even though I made a return request before shipping. Besides, the website is misleading and they hide the product details.
