Generally good information presented efficiently. Is being improved all the time, could do more. I’d appreciate some optimizations to the app itself which often runs hot. Interestingly I don’t get as many recommendations as I used to and they were never particularly personal. I’d most like to see more personal insights, even if they occasionally miss the mark, I’d accept a disclaimer.

What I need most from this app is the monthly blood pressure report, which hasn’t worked in a while.

Being able to compare data against the same timeframe last month or last year would be beneficial. It would help track personal changes and facilitate better decisions, such as increasing physical activity or reducing workload

I like the HRV. The sleep rating is not very reliable.

Love this app I wear my watch to bed and it tell a lot about my heart and how my body is adjusting… would highly recommend

Impossible to cancel! Please - BEWARE of signing up - I have written about ten emails and 6 "report a problem' as advised by their very life like AI chat bot (it was so lifelike that I actually wrote a thank you email to'her' to thank her for her prompt and kind help! Now - all these identical emails later - I am beyond frustrated. A HORRIBLE company.

I have been using the app for just over 2 years. It is constantly evolving and improving. I like to understand the details. There is a lot of detail. As opposed to a number of apps , Welltory tracks changes in YOUR key health indicators, your daily activities and the related impacts on your health. On a daily basis it gives you specific goals to maintain and or improve your well being. One of changes which has taken place over the last few months is tracking Intense METs over the period of day to day in the current 7 day ( looking back the past 6 days and including the current day). Recovery, Progress and Overtrain evaluations give me guidance to stay in the right range. The grams of fat by heart rate zones shows you the sweet spot for maximizing your time exercising. I began with Fitbit and added Apple health using an Apple Watch. I still use Apple health and the Apple Watch. They interact with Welltory , sharing raw data. Welltory is able to take that raw data on me and provide the detail guidance which has helped me manage my overall health. I strongly endorse the app. I am 81 and have a focus on staying fit. I also endorse the Polar H10 belt HRM.

I gave Welltory a try for the HRV and stress tracking, but I found the app very hard to use right from the start. The interface is confusing and it just didn’t deliver much useful value for me. Even worse, I felt tricked into signing up. The signup was quick and made everything sound great, but when I wanted to cancel, it turned into a headache. The cancel option isn’t obvious at all — it’s buried in menus, and I had trouble finding it in the app or on the website. I ended up having to hunt around and contact support just to stop the auto-renewal. It shouldn’t be this difficult to cancel something that was so easy to start. The whole experience left me frustrated and wary of the subscription model. If you’re thinking about trying the paid version, be careful and figure out how to cancel before you sign up. I won’t be renewing or recommending it.
