Great app! Works well with my Apple Watch to help me stay on target with exercise and movement. Tracks sleep well, including my oxygen levels thru the night. I’ve used this long enough now to really see patterns. When I get enough solid restful sleep, I am less stressed. More energized. I can see when my sympathetic nervous system is over engaged, and I need to pay more attention to relaxation and taking a break. I haven’t had any issues with the app at all.

Welltroy, may be a steep slope to learn what is what but given some time and self study, and you will have it figured out. It is for the most part quite accurate in its predictions and how I feel at the moment. Granted, it does get it wrong from time to time, but not too often. This App is best used with a smart watch, a scale and a blood pressure measuring thing for most accurate results. I like it and it does help me in my quest to live more healthy and being more active. Those are my 5 cents :)
