Very very RUDE!!! Worst customer service ever!! I ordered a plant and chose a pot which was confirmed but they sent a different pot! I asked why and the audacity to be rude to customer was unbelievable!! The guy asked me this..” Why did u order and expect us to put in gold” “ U expect an.upgrade for free?” 😳 I have never been so shocked by this kind of customer service! Worst people to deal with!

They have a very bad service, doesn't have any experience with customer service. Their staff keep calling the customers for the same service several times and even if the customer orders they are not taking care of the delivery details and working hours of the offices! An employee called Kate from their side was really rude and unacceptable behaviour and soo rude!.. Poor customer service and unprofessional team they have.

Yeap when you open business should first think about consumer is satisfied or no when you sell fake products and show them different this is not a business that's call scam. We ordered some products but we received not same different please stop playing with consumer is better for your business. If you want Weste money just buy something from this people. Thank you so much for your bad service

I am writing to express my disappointment with the indoor plant i purchased.Unfortunately, the plant quickly died due to fungus spread , despite following care instructions diligently l.When i contacted costumer service for assistance, the response was unsatisfactory.As a loyal customer , I expected better quality and service from your company.

Bad service worst ever experience, not upto mark, there products not good what we order we get totally differnt, there way of dealing also so bad, not recommened ,

I had a bad experience with this company. I placed an order for several items, but unfortunately, they delivered the wrong plant, and it arrived in terrible condition—very dirty and nearly dying. When I contacted the company to request a refund, they only offered half the money back, stating that ‘the plants had been delivered,’ as if that justified the poor quality. I rejected this insulting refund. The plants were not fit for purpose, and their customer service is awful.”

Very bad experience with this seller!!!!

The plants arrived in bad condition wilted, yellowing and poorly packaged. Some were even damaged during the shipping. Customer service was slow and unhelpful, offering only a partial refund despite the poor quality. I won’t be ordering from them again
