Would not recommend to use this company, they delivered the wrong pot and then when I told them I wanted the right pot or a refund they completely ignored me on WhatsApp and wouldn’t answer my calls. I asked a friend to message them on WhatsApp and they responded to her straight away when she asked why they weren’t answering me they ignored her also. Never experienced customer service like this.

Horrible customer service echoing what everyone said. I have been calling them For 5 days and only got an AI message back that my shipment is delayed. Really dissapointing in a market solely based on trust. Would not procure and go through this experience again and would not recommend constructlvely. It’s been 7 days and no delivery no communication

BE CAREFUL. This is a fraudulent company.. For 1 day delivery, I got after 1 week 15 sick and yellow bamboo instead of 20. They refused to exchange or return money. I paid AED 500 for garbage... DO NOT PAY OR EVEN THING TO DEAL WITH THEM. SCAMMER COMPANY.

It's been 22 days, and I still haven't received the plant. Every time I call, I'm told it will be prioritized, but at this point, I don't think I'll receive it.

I placed an order for a tree over a week ago and paid AED 900, including Next Day Delivery. As of October 21, I have still not received my order. Throughout this process, I have tried repeatedly to contact the company to get an update, but the communication has been extremely poor. I have often been left without a response and had to chase the company myself for information about my delivery. I spoke directly with the owner, who assured me that my tree would be delivered on October 21 between 5 PM and 10 PM. I arranged my day around this commitment and stayed home waiting for the delivery. However, I still did not receive my tree as expected. What disappointed me most was how my concerns were handled. When I asked for updates about an order I had already paid for, I received responses that I found inappropriate and unprofessional, including comments suggesting that I needed professional help simply because I was trying to find out when my order would arrive. I understand that unexpected delays can happen, but customers deserve honest communication, reliable updates, and respectful treatment. If a company offers Next Day Delivery, customers should be able to expect the service they paid for or, at the very least, receive clear communication when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely frustrating from start to finish. I have paid AED 900 and am still waiting for my tree, with no satisfactory resolution. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this company. I hope they take customer communication, delivery commitments, and professional customer service more seriously in the future.

My order was supposed to be delivered on the agreed date but never arrived. I contacted the company immediately afterwards and, disappointingly, my message was simply ignored. I have now requested a full refund and given the company until the end of the week to resolve the matter. Failing that, I will submit a formal complaint to the relevant consumer protection authorities. An agreed delivery date can sometimes be missed, but failing to communicate with the customer afterwards is simply unacceptable.

Horrible company. I've been ghosted after paying for my plant AND paying extra for same day delivery. I have filed a company on Dubai Consumer Rights and will wait for this scam of a business to be held accountable for scamming people.

I wish I could say this was a happy review. I ordered plants worth over 700 AED from this company. They advertise same-day or next-day delivery, which turned out to be false. They don’t answer calls, and they only message back hours later. When my delivery arrived, I wasn’t even notified; the plants were simply left at the door. Two of my four plants looked awful, with almost all of their leaves half dead. When I complained, I was told their plants are healthy and that this is normal. The other two were fine and looked okay.
