Pure SCAM. Lied about the plant size, never delivered and claimed I received the item. No refund and stopped responding to my messages and calls. I’ve taken a legal action against this entity and hopefully DED is revoking their trade license SOON! Consumer rights must not be violated and are protected at all times. K

They bring to me a broken plant , after 1 month waiting for exchange, the didn’t show… Bad quality and terrible service

I have been trying to contact this company for a month. The tree that was delivered had root rot and died within a week. It had no leaves. I have purchased a giant twig.

Do not order anything from them. They are scammers. They deliver sick plants in sand that’s unsuitable for plant growth. They send you something different from what you paid for and then deceive you.

The worst customer service ever. Delivered the wrong product and tried to charge me twice. After trying to replace the plant the second time, they do not respond to calls, whatsapps or email. It's been over a week and still not received the plant

If I can give zero stars, I would. They don’t deliver on time, without explanation and/or apology. When it was delivered, they wouldn’t even send a text message or any notification. They said they will send the photo of the actual plant that they’ll send but didn’t get any photo hence a wrong pot was sent. I ordered for a white one, and I got a black. The plant doesn’t look like anything from the ads, it barely had leaves in some parts which was the most important factor. Do yourself a favor and don’t order from them 👎👎👎

Worst experience ever. The staff was very rude and unresponsive. Delivery was scheduled without considering our working hours. I requested a cancellation and refund, but I received no response. Staff also stopped answering my calls and messages, and a supervisor has never been available to speak with me.
