Allow me to share my return of experience with Wellpottedplants: 1. Order submitted on the Friday 25-Oct around 15:00. No message received until I contacted them on Monday 11:00 AM. 2. Ad mentioned the delivery would be free, I ended up paying for delivery. 3. Delivery was written in 24 hr, I received the plants on Tuesday 29-Oct in the afternoon or 4 days later. 4. Upon messaging, I asked if them if I would receive some picture of the plants prior delivery, response was “yes” but nothing came up. 5. Traveller Palm ordered was said to be 1.5m height, it’s barely 1.1m from the base of the pot (floor) 6. Same for the Banana tree, there wasn’t no height mention but the picture is bigger compare to what was received. 7. I sent email to the company and no one responded. The only feedback received was through WhatsApp telling the delivery was as per the order despite all the points shared above.

Absolutely appalling customer service … to a point of saying if I want a delivery service quicker I need a helicopter! I ordered days ago and they said it’s because of the traffic. The responses to enquiries is rude and I fail to see how any business can thrive with employees who treat customers with such disrespect.

The plant I ordered arrived bent at the roots and fall all to one side. It’s obvious the plant has not been potted straight and the pot they’ve provided is too small causing the plant to bend. The irony is that the company is called ‘Well potted plants’ when they can’t pot the plant well at all! The company messaged me to explain that this was due to the plant getting bent in the transportation van on the way. I asked them to return or exchange the plant but they started to ignore all my messages and calls. They do not want to resolve this therefore I have to leave a bad review.

Horrible experience. They said they'd deliver in one day, I had to fight them to deliver in 3!! When they finally did, they brought me sick plants!!! One month later and they're dead no matter how much I tried to save them. They even literally threatened my friend, saying they'll deport her for complaining to them about her delayed delivery!! Extremely unprofessional, rude, and a total waste of money. Avoid at all costs!!!

I had a terrible experience with this site. The plant I received was of very poor quality, nothing like what I had chosen online, and much smaller in size. On top of that, they did not deliver on time. When I tried to resolve the issue, the customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful. I don’t advise anyone to order from them!

It was our first time to order and it was a very bad experience. The customer service said it will be delivered the next day and it didnt arrive tl its 4th day and they said they dont deliver for single order and they have extra charge for that which is they never informed us from the start. They are very rude! Bad ..poor service!. And the plant was actually not the color we ordered. FYI you are doing this business do it with respect to customers coz we are paying. Dont be a fraud!!

It is been 5 days since I placed the order and paid, still not delivered. No communication and not way to contact them. I start to believe they are fraud. Be careful.

Worst Experience you can have from online shopping! DON'T Buy anything!!! They changed 3 times the delivery time, now I'm writing this review they haven't delivered my order after 5 days and 3 times changing the delivery time! I'm not sure Well Potted Plants LLC delivered my order at all, and I think they are frauds!!! I don't know they are a real company or not but I made a complaint on the cybercrime portal on Dubai police website
