Very poor quality of plants. Of course refused to replace or refund, saying that the plants are healthy, although I sent a lot pf photos proving the oppositeAlso delivered a wrong color of pot, promised to replace it and since than nothing for weeks… very disappointing, avoid

Delivered the wrong plant, ordered 3 beige pots, delivered 2x beige and a white pot, Delivered Bougaunvillea of the wrong colour.

Trees delivered semi bald and with root transplant shock

This place just has the worst customer service ever. They lied about the plant height and the pot was different than the one in the picture. Also, the leafs had holes and dry edges, the plant was simply dying. I tried to contact them many times and they barely replied with unrelated responses. I tried to ask for customer service number but they never answered me. Never buy from this store.

Received 4 plants, all in way to small pots not like in the pictures, so we had to buy 4 new pots! After 2 weeks we discovered white spots on one of the plants After informing Wellpotted nothing happened… NO guidance for plants at all My advice… go directly to a trusted gardener to save yourself the hassle of getting the right pots and sick plants…
