Worst service and customer service experience ever Not professional Never seen behavior like this

I am very frustrated with your services, I placed the order on 24 Sept. They were delivered to an incorrect address on 30 sept. And since then I have been chasing the customer care (Cathie) and the driver who misplaced the delivery to get it corrected or initiate a refund with no resolution and only malign me followup again and again.

I want to share my extremely disappointing experience with Well Potted LLC. I ordered a flower plant pot through WhatsApp, confirming the plant's height and appearance multiple times. I paid almost 700 AED, and the representative assured me that if I paid that day, they would deliver the plant on the same day. I made the online payment at 12 PM, but they delivered a completely different plant at 12:40 AM the next day, waking me up in the process. My building's security called me to inform me of the delivery. When I contacted the representative, who communicated with me throughout the day using the WhatsApp number +971 52 280 0133 (she refused to provide her name), she claimed it was a wrong delivery. She mentioned she was off work and said she would speak to me the next day, then hung up on me. This is a terrible service, and I feel scammed. I urge others to be cautious when dealing with this company in Dubai

I was able to get my money back by filing a claim with the bank! I highly recommend this option to anyone who has dealt with these scammers. The bank successfully refunded the money. Don't buy anything from them. They are scammers and fraudsters. They deliver something completely different from what you order and then ignore you. The plants die within a few days. I had to call another company to replant the palm, and when they started, they discovered the soil was completely unsuitable for the plant. They fill it with the cheapest sand and deliver it to you. Then they ignore you. I will be taking legal action against them.

I do not recommend buying from this company. I am asking about the price of the traveller's palm and asked for a discount. The reply I received in whatsapp was that, if you can sell it to me at that price, I will buy it. This person is a moron who lacks customer service skills.

Please read this before buying! This company is a scam! They have fake pictures online of plants that look extremely beautiful, but what you get is far from it. They delivered a plant that’s damaged beyond repair, it’s completely falling to one side and all the leaves are dead, it’s also extremely dirty and made my whole living room dirty. They didn’t reply to my messages for days and I had to call multiple times. When I contacted them they said maybe I damaged it by putting it out in the wind. I reminded them that I just received it, and kept it indoors. Then instead of taking responsibility they told me that plants need maintenance and that I just have yo work on it, (as if I’m working for them) and as if I didn’t not just pay for a new plant. They don’t want to pick up the damaged plant and would only accept the return if you deliver it to them, incurring more costs and time spent. Just don’t even think about ordering from them and having hope.

Plants were not delivered on the multiple dates they were “scheduled.” Customer service was rude and defensive when asked about this. Even to the point of using unprofessional language. Ended up cancelling the order as it did not appear that we would receive it. Now we have to wait 21 days for a refund.
