I've utilized Wellfound on multiple occasions, most recently their Reverse Recruiting and Career Transition services. Their fully customized approach to job searching takes care of a lot of the heavy lifting- which has enabled me to focus on various other aspects of my career transition. Wellfound’s career hub is easy to navigate and communicate through, with a thoughtful (and responsible) balance of AI technology and human expertise. Though there were one or two minor hiccups early on, Alexis and Laura were super responsive, quick to adjust strategies, and always open to fine-tuning targeted searches and campaigns. For individuals looking to stay on top of their search or are short on bandwidth while working a 9-5 day, Wellfound somehow manages to offer a bespoke, pro-active and professional service that doesn't break the bank. For me, it's been an efficient and stress-free way to supplement my own personal networking efforts and track opportunities in real-time. I highly recommend Wellfound; they clearly know what they're doing and definitely exceeded my initial expectations, based on prior experiences with similar type services.

Wellfound has been very helpful for searching for startup jobs. I wish there were more companies using it so I could find more. But overall I love it.

Wellfound/AngelList used to be a good place to find employment but has started feeling more and more like a graveyard. Companies on the platform are now updating their listings far less frequently so you'll constantly find roles that are several months old, that have already been filled, or simply don't check/respond to inquiries any longer. It's just become another place to dump a listing.

I wanted to explore companies because I'm looking for UX and UI roles in Canada. The companies that are listed here are extensive and there are some companies that I haven't even heard of before. The filters helped me to narrow down my search in terms of work permit sponsorship and remote work arrangements. I've applied to some roles but haven't heard from companies so far.

I value that this is across multiple industries, especially focused on high growth. I follow the companies that I like learning about and this way when new happenings or jobs are posted I am quickly in "the know". Also a weekly cadence is a good way to keep up with reading Wellfound with all the other items I juggle. Thx and keep up the good work.
