genuinely a great platform giving me lots of opportunities, but email notifications are a bit extreme and there are some that are quite spammy that you cannot turn off

WellFound is an excellent platform in searching for FT, PT, etc. positions are noted startups and high growth companies. Easy to navigate including noting your preferences for a company that you might like to work for, I've been using them for over 7+ years. My only negative feedback is the companies aren't very proactive in reaching to candidates for interviews or at least show an interest. I've applied to startups directly on their websites and heard back for interviews. etc.

Wellfound has been such a helpful platform in my job search. I’ve been able to explore open roles that are recent and highly relevant to my career goals. Through Wellfound, I connected with a company and joined their community, an opportunity I wouldn’t have discovered anywhere else. I especially love that so many innovative startups are here. It feels like a hub for fresh opportunities and meaningful connections.

Got access to unique job postings at startups I wouldn’t have found elsewhere, and the employers actually respond, not just bot posts. Didn’t get a position through this but definitely recommend.

I've used the site in the past when it was Angel's List and had good response from companies that have been Y-Combinator graduates. It is a great service, easy to use and the response can be very positive from hiring companies 90% of the time. I trust that the hiring companies are coming back to look at the results and responds to the candidates and I hope that the service continues to grow in service to those looking for new positions.

I subscubed for job notifications,i always receive emails from your company regarding jobs.Insatant responses..All these are an indication of great service.

I am using Wellfound since it was AngelList. I like the site and the way user can navigate and apply for the positions. They have good coverage for the startups globally. its easy to set up and I referred to many of my friends and colleagues and they were able to find the job successfully. Few areas are still need improvements for example some time I received message from perspective employer and even I reply them I never get the response back so site can send them a notification that this person is waiting for your response. Another issue is same person can not apply for different job profile or location bound for example if a user A set profile as QA but also qualify for UAT tester or QA Manager position he can't apply it gives error message that your profile doesn't match with the job profile. same apply for the location.

I could never go past activating my account. It keeps bouncing me back when I am filling the job preferences related to the mandatory field "US work authorization": no matter what you choose, it never goes through. A very disappointing starting experience. Moving on. Update: the situation was solved and it was partly my mistake for having misdigited the email address for the registration. The user support staff was very polite and efficient in dealing with the matter.
