Wellfound (formerly AngelList Talent)Reviews of wellfound.com

By Far The Best Platform of It's Kind that I have found so far! I am a founder with a startup and looking for the right full stack engineer and I have sign up on a few similar sites looking for the perfect match and I will say wellfound has been the best , the others are either confusing or full of spam and fake accounts and Wellfound has actually matched me with real candidates and It has been well worth the time and effort and cost. It is easy to use and it wants feedback as well as bans ppl for misuse which tells me they care and take it serious its not just about making money from whom ever will pay them they actually pay attention and kick off the spam or scams. I believe i will find what i am looking for on this site and i am very pleased they are definitely trustworthy.I am very thankful for them.

Using Wellfound has been a positive experience for me because the platform made it easy to explore startup-job opportunities that align with my goals. I appreciated the clean interface, solid job filters and the fact that many roles posted felt fresh and relevant. While I wished I heard back from more companies, I feel confident in the platform and would recommend it to others looking for growth opportunities.

Wellfound/AngelList has been a game-changer for anyone looking to work with or build in the startup ecosystem. The platform makes it easy to discover early-stage and high-growth companies, connect with founders, and apply directly to roles without the usual recruiting friction. As a user, I’ve found the job postings to be curated, relevant, and startup-friendly compared to traditional job boards. Their talent matching tools are intuitive, and the transparency around salary/equity is refreshing. For founders, the platform is equally powerful — the fundraising tools and investor access provide a level of visibility that used to be almost impossible without a network. Overall, Wellfound continues to feel like the go-to hub for innovation, talent, and funding in the startup world.

Wellfound has wonderful website that can make your search very specific if you are interested in tech and startups. I have used their site multiple times and applied to many jobs. Their tools and site are top notch!

There are a lot of job boards/ job websites out there but I can honestly say this one is one of the best! The jobs that are recommended are actually relevant and the platform is very intuitive.

I had a great experience using Wellfound! The platform is user-friendly and made my job search more efficient and enjoyable. I appreciated the transparency in job listings and the direct communication with hiring teams. It's clear that Wellfound is focused on helping candidates succeed. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for meaningful opportunities in tech!

Solid platform for tech startup opportunities, though I didn’t land a position. Most openings are in the tech sector with equity compensation outlined - a major plus. The startup selection is impressive and the interface is clean and easy to navigate. While I didn’t secure a job through the platform, the quality and transparency of postings sets it apart from traditional job boards. Worth using as part of a broader job search if you’re interested in startup culture and tech roles.

Amazing platform. Wellfound does an incredible job connecting Startups to hungry engineers, salespeople, etc. Ensuring both the company and employee are satisfied and rewarded.
