I’m not one that normally leaves a negative review but, hopefully I can save someone else some trouble. My son ordered these toothbrushes for Christmas. 1st, they doubled his order & yes, charged him for it, and 2nd the toothbrush broke after only 5 months of typical use. Customer service says their policy is 30 days & then gave excuses when I asked to speak with someone else. When I tried calling back, they would not answer the phone. My son paid over $100 for these & they will do nothing about it. Please use your money at a reputable company & not with Wella White.

They didn't receipt my payment, but they took the y. I never received my order, there was no tracking details sent. They didn't respond to any of my messages. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

BE WARNED! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. What a shocking company! Do not waste your money. They are not ethical at all. Clearly states two year warranty but just try getting a faulty item replaced. I bought a toothbrush which stopped working after 3 months. They have refused to give me a refund or replacement even though the product is not working or fit for purpose. I would rather be rating them no stars at all.

Bought a dental flosser after extensive searching, paid £80 + and waited ages for it to arrive, disappointed is not the word when it did arrive, it lacked power was quite flimsy and not what I expected for the money. Anyway after 3 months it just gave up and is now exactly where it belongs……in the bin. Furthermore it comes in a generic box with no business details, phone number etc. Do not buy, save your money.

the water pic is not strong enough to get in between your teeth. I am also not happy that by error I ended up ordering 3 additional water pic and when I called 10 minutes after placing the order I was told it was too late to cancel the additional water pics I am now trying to send them back for a refund but I know how this is going to workout I will be stuck with them.

This is the worst company that I have ever had dealings with. Don't buy any of their products. I bought a toothbrush which within 9 months the spike snapped off. They would not replace the item nor give a refund. After my several protests they agreed in writing to a refund. When no refund appeared I protested again only to be told that they would not, after all, give a refund as it was outside their 30 day replacement policy. What a rubbish product with only a 30 day warranty. Be warned, this company makes an inferior product and furthermore acts wholly dishonourably. Don't give them your money.

Do not buy from these people. I cancelled my order within 24 hours of ordering, but they still charged me and sent the item 2 weeks later. This is a scam
