I was interested in the video that I watched. It was about a light mouthpiece that would help my gums. Somehow when I went to order it it turned into your Wellawhite product. I don't want a product to whiten my teeth I wanted the product for my gums. I tried immediately to stop the order. I was told it was too late to stop and I would just have to return it after it arrived. What a waste of money and time. Further to this review, the company offered a 45% refund and I do not have to return the product. I was unhappy that I hadn't been able to cancel this product but I am impressed with the customer service. I had an immediate reply to my return request. Now let's see if my money gets refunded. I'm pleased to say that the refund did come through.

Cancellation policy very inflexible. Excuse that product has been packed and shipped in extremely short timeframe very flimsy. Be wary of pricing on web site. It is $US dollar currency and looks very attractive until currency conversion applied. Incidentally no notification received as yet that product has been shipped after 4 days from purchase.

Too many add on promotions with very small opt-out clauses. Very confusing ordering system. I ticked the black colour option but order stated white. I did not notice an extended warranty which I also got charged for. Very deceptive way of trying to make more money!

Haven’t had an issue with the product apart from the well documented “over order” . However, has anyone managed to get replacement heads? The Company don’t sell them and as far as I can see, nobody else does So once you have used them all, the toothbrush is useless.

Toothbrush seems okay .But having a terrible job getting Information about replacement heads.heads supplied are like a small normal Tooth brush I bought a pack of 18 universal circular (mixed) heads which DO NOT fit ,also new oral b heads I had from last toothbrush DONOT fit .Got no sense whatsoever from customer service. After at least 6 e.mails have given up .Was not overly expensive at £60 (was on a special deal ) But very disappointed with customer contact.

Well wellawhite did eventually reimburse my money and cancel shipment. Headache though!
