I knew it was a scam as soon as I saw the invoice: 4 items from CommerceCore UAB. 1 was toothpaste, #2 was $3.99 shipping charge, #3 was thank you card and #4 was an added shipping fee. The product is very small and made in China (no safety measures) but it ships from a company in Lithuania. I tried to cancel my order but they refused. I was told I could return the product if I wasn't satisfied. When I tried to return it, they refused. They had "given" me an extended warranty. The tube arrived in a crushed envelope. They said I would have to pay to mail it back but never told me where to send it. I tried several methods to contact them again. The phone numbers did not work and they refused to answer my emails.

This is not a consumer friendly company. Their customer support staff will lie to you to encourage a purchase saying that there is no risk in buying because you have 30 days to evaluate the product and return it if it doesn’t meet your satisfaction. When you receive the low quality merchandise and realize you’ve been bamboozled and try to return it, they hide behind their “hygiene safety” policy saying they cannot allow returns of personal items for safety reason. Their support staff continue to roll you from one person to another with each one just saying that it is against policy to accept returns even when you provide proof that you were told there was a 30 day window to request returns. This company is obviously run by crooked people with no ethics whatsoever. If you do business with them, you will be scammed; either with junk merchandise, or dishonest customer service. Please help put them out of business by not giving them your money.

This product is of very poor quality, it’s not fit for purpose The main spine that connects the brush to the main body snapped off Their customer service team were hopeless and less than helpful and refused to replace it. I would never buy this again

Electric toothbrush arrived today. Unbelievably crappy quality, non orbital just a vibrating toothbrush and cost me $78. Nothing like advertised. I contacted customer service and asked to return and they sent an automated response stating that they don't do refunds. Steer clear! Total scam.

The worst customer service. Other toothbrush companies have replaced products with no fuss. I should have stuck with them. The brush attachment is very difficult to get on and off and broke off the stem in the unit. I asked them to replace it and was only told about their 30 day limit. This is not in line with “industry” standards. Why did I change??????

I purchased the toothpaste whitener on July 7th, and it has not arrived. I have been back and forth with their chat/staff about shipping, and they sent this tracking number that has not moved from Ordered to Shipped since July 8, 2025, and has not been updated on the tracker to see where they are with the products. I don't know if the products are in the warehouse or customs. What are these people doing selling products online if they do not intend to ship the products to the customers? Yet, how are they getting away with doing this to the consumer? Oh, this is extremely bad.

I tried to place an order for the toothpaste to try it and they upgraded to sending me 3 toothbrushes I did not want. Emailed and called and 15 minutes later they said it was already shipped (took 15 minutes for someone to answer customer support, but I called right away). They said I could send it back, but then I got an another email saying hygiene products are non-returnable. My credit card told me to return it (although the shipping to Lithuania may be more than the shipped items). Then they will open a dispute. I tried to fix this within a few minutes of ordering, but they have this scam all planned. Even if I like the toothpaste, I will not buy again. Plus, if I knew the company was in Lithuania, I would not have bought... the website says "WellaWhite image AMERICA’S #1 RATED DENTAL CARE BRAND." It is not even an American brand as the "contact us" page says: UAB Commercecore, Savanorių pr. 363, Kaunas, Lithuania

This company is an absolute scam. I was conned into purchasing more items than I wanted by them advertising a price for 5 but only having”each” in small print. I immediately contacted them to cancel when I saw the Paypal notification and was told too late. My experience is identical to another poster on this site with identical email responses.
