It waisted of money it is rubbish is absolutely rubbish,..please make…
It is absolutely rubbish,..please make sure no one else sends money..You get teeth that are a piece of thin plastic and so white it's awful.. they don't clip on, not that you want them too...I'm really cross with myself for being taken in by the advert..please let other people no not to send money..thank you....

Be up front that the electric…
Be up front that the electric toothbrush is disposable.. does not come with a charger, is NOT rechargeable, nor can you change the battery. The packaging is deceitful. LONG LASTING BATTERY, REPLACEABLE TOOTHBRUSH HEADS. #1 DENTAL PROFESSIONALS RECOMMEND. You'd quite likely get a better product at the Dollar Store. Never in my life have I been so disappointed in a product. BBB is next.

I was interested in the video that I…
I was interested in the video that I watched. It was about a light mouthpiece that would help my gums. Somehow when I went to order it it turned into your Wellawhite product. I don't want a product to whiten my teeth I wanted the product for my gums. I tried immediately to stop the order. I was told it was too late to stop and I would just have to return it after it arrived. What a waste of money and time. Further to this review, the company offered a 45% refund and I do not have to return the product. I was unhappy that I hadn't been able to cancel this product but I am impressed with the customer service. I had an immediate reply to my return request. Now let's see if my money gets refunded. I'm pleased to say that the refund did come through.

I hate your website
I hate your website. I started out trying to order an infrared appliance for my gums, and somehow ended up ordering teeth whitener instead. I want a site where I can search and add items to a shopping cart, then review, make adjustments if necessary, then have my credit card charged once at the end (no fine print that you can't read if you want to decline the offer on the screen!)

Terrible company overall
Terrible company overall. Had 2 of their electric toothbrushes break including one snapping while brushing my teeth. Luckily no significant damage caused. I asked them several times by email to provide a replacement and all I ever get is a delayed and standard reply saying that it's outside of 30 days since I bought the product. Irrelevant. Was promised a replacement in one email but this has never been actioned.
