Great experience at Weiss Ratings! I used to work for Weiss Ratings and the owners and management are really good people and do whatever they can to help their customers. I can tell you from an inside perspective that they are really care about their customers and are constantly trying to get better to give their customers a better experience. They have seasoned professionals that are experts at analyzing the market and are constantly trying to better the products and offer the best financial advice out there. Overall I would just like to say that they treat their employees and customers like gold. I would highly recommend Weiss and I can also tell you that working there I saw all the emails they would get every week from happy, grateful customers praising their advice because it made them money!

2021 10 21 I have several subscriptions with Weiss: stocks, options, and crypto. The subscriptions aren't cheap and I've made money on most all of them. Since I'm not a youngster anymore, I wanted to find something that could move along my income stream a bit faster and signed up for Weiss Crypto in March, 2020 headed up by Juan Villaverde. He is a great analyst and his weekly newsletter keeps me informed and current on all things crypto! First, the NEGATIVE: Why I didn't give five stars is I have found their customer service terribly unresponsive which, after much experience, concluded is the fault of management. The staff are great but have been restricted in providing really good customer service by management. I have had many unanswered phone calls and some unanswered emails over the years. This seems to be changing as my most recent calls did not go to an answering service and, hopefully, management has gotten rid of that antiquated method of servicing their customers; as a service-oriented company, customer service/retention should be one of their top priorities. Anyway, in the beginning, it didn’t take me long to figure out that I was pretty much on my own and I struggled to find answers using other sources and I survived. That's the NEGATIVE side of my past experience. CURRENTLY POSITIVE: Their Crypto and Undiscovered Crypto departments have stepped up and are responsive now. I’ve had need to contact Weiss a few times over the past couple months and found Luis, one of the customer service representatives, always helpful but now timelier in his responses. In fact, Marija Matic is an amazing crypto analyst. She has responded to my inquiries by supplying answers either through the next Undiscovered Crypto weekly update or directly through Luis via email. Either avenue she has chosen has cleared my cloudy crypto concerns. I recently made a trading mistake and couldn’t figure out what I did wrong but Marija zeroed in on the transaction and concisely explained what happened. Crypto is quite a maize, especially when you first get started, but with crypto experts like Juan and Marija and, up until recently, Dr. Bruce Ng, who walk you through it with amazing step-by-step and screen-by-screen instructions it’s a much more doable worthy challenge. I have been profitably investing in crypto with two Weiss crypto services for about twenty months now and plan on continuing because the current team of analysts, researchers, and support staff are some of the best in the crypto world and Weiss appears to have turned a corner for the better.

I either lost or never received an email in October regarding my subscription to Weiss Crypto Investor. My phone call was answered by Jordan in North Carolina. To be absolutely honest, I have never had such clear and helpful assistance as I received today from Jordan. She is without doubt a wonderful employee. John Kemp

I have been a subscriber to several of the Weiss Financial Newsletters for a number of years. I called Eva at customer service to address an issue with my upcoming renewal. The customer service was great. My concerns were fully addressed in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend Weiss Research.

Crap. Don't subscribe. You will get spammed by his infomercials. It's all crap. You will end up paying for something and get no value. Nothing. Absolute crap. He doesn't give you any information at all. Just a few names and then want you to buy more expensive products from him. All he does is keep spamming you and clog up your inbox. Every single day - 3 to 4 times a day. OMG. I listen to a few of his broadcasts and it's all infomercials. What a waste - my time and my money (even at 90% off). That information should be free.
