Kevin answered most of my questions, and those that he couldn't, he forwarded on to the executive committee. He then went above and beyond to show me how to set up a list of my stocks for future tracking.

Kevin did a good job training. He knew what he was talking about. I learned alot about the website, and will make it easier making and saving pesonal lists. There was only one time Kevin had to refer to his training notes. Kevin made sure I understood how to make a list and how to add to it. He went over the different tabson the website.

Horrible service. Not only was their advice superficial and often inaccurate but they started spamming me to oblivion and were obviously the source of an overwhelming torrent of spam to follow from multiple other sources. TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS

It took 4 days of calling customer service to get RJ to answer the phone. RJ was courteous and efficient about handling my account. I did call first thing in the morning that may have made a difference. My previous attempts were no one answered the phone. Sent emails and called for 4 days. Finally success with RJ.

Placed call regarding not getting a signal. Technician arrived at time scheduled and contacted upon arrival as I had requested. Very knowledgeable and super polite technician who got my issue resolved. Wish all service providers were this efficient and had employees that treat you with respect. Thank you Weiss Internet!

No customer service to answer the phone only to be hung up on after waiting several minutes. I waited for a call back which did not happen. So now I am waiting for a email response for 2 emails I sent requesting a call back or a reply to my email. Hopefully, I can get a response soon.
