It is such a pleasure to know that Weiss Ratings provides personal service to their customers. If you call, there will always be someone on the other end of the phone to speak with, unlike many other companies today that seem to want to do everything possible to avoid talking with their customers. I so appreciate companies who still care about providing a personal experience for their clients and Weiss is one of those companies.

It is great that the company has a follow up and checking that I understand everything. Most companies have no follow ups and are just interested in selling.
