I spoke to Ryza in Customer Service because I wanted to make sure everything was online. Like a number of retirees I am a Snow Bird and it seems mail never reaches me at the right address so I like everything online. Ryza assured me that was not a problem. She is a good listener and answered all my questions in a straightforward manner. She did offer me a premium offer that offered significant future discount on future renewals but I elected not to get it because I might not want to renew next year. She was professional and didn’t apply any pressure for me to reconsider.

My contacts with Weiss Ratings (Christian and RJ) were very helpful. Friendly, competent and to the point! It is always a pleasure to communicate with this Customer Service of Weiss Ratings. People at this Company really seem to enjoy doing their job.

What my experience great was the extensive help that Janine provided me today . But also, I am very impressed by her patience and obvious caring attitude. I am also impressed with her extensive knowledge of the ins and outs of the mechanism of login at equifund and at Weissratings/Deal Hunters Alliance.
