Very good customer support. Even have me cell number to call direct when needed. That worked much better than through the main call lines. Weight loss has been a slow process. About a pound a week, which is a bit frustrating. Some weeks are better than others. The last few have been stagnant unfortunately. Waiting for another break through. Price is a little better than other options. Delivery has been prompt.

I have been on tirzepatide now for 11 weeks I'm down 22 lbs, i’m not having really any side effects except for injection spot every week gets red and really itchy no matter where I do it other than that I know this is going to be a long haul for me because I have 115 pounds to lose. I can’t say more than make sure you are getting your vitamins that you need as well as your protein even if you think it seems like a lot it’s really not. Oh, one more thing, I’ve been overweight the majority of my life so I know that I’m more than likely going to be on this medication for a long time after I get to the lake that I would like to be at. Easy to get started, medication arrived quickly &physician review of my health record was fast. Overall, a great experience without side effects

I have been very pleased with the company. The doctor has replied very quickly to any questions i have submitted, and my medications arrived extremely fast. On the flip side i have had less success with the medication. For the first month on a dose of 2.5 ml, I didn’t lose any weight, which was very disappointing. Now I'm up to 5 ml and I'm a bit more hopeful.
