This journey has been the best. It’s so easy just one weekly injection and just watch what you eat. I have not really changed my diet. The diet has changed what I eat. I not longer crave sweets, carbs, or sodas. Have I stopped eating them no but can I live without it YES. Some sweets just don’t taste right to me anymore and most of them are just too sweet for me. I have been on the fence for a couple of years about the shot but so glad I have started this journey. I was so scared I was going to be sick all the time and that I was going to lose weight too fast but I have not experienced any of that so far. I started at 228 in March of 2026 and as of Sept. 26th I’m down too 199.0 and I couldn’t be happier. I feel so good and feel healthier. I can’t wait to see what the next 6 month will be like.
