I bought a Groupon voucher for Weightrx semiglutide. The company initially had quick response. My payment was quickly processed ( 6/29/24) and I was emailed information on completing my intake. Upon completing the intake, there was no further communication received from Weightrx despite numerous attempts made by completing request on website, emails and phone (there is no number listed on website, I only located with my bank account charges having it). I could log in, and see where physician documented Rx to be sent to pharmacy. I called pharmacy, and they had no record of me. My final attempt to email Weightrx I requested refund and that there be no further charges. There is no place on website to change payment information. I was concerned I would be charged monthly subscription. I contacted Groupon to advise of my experience, and within 24 hours I finally heard from Weightrx. They issued a refund and stated there would be no further charges. My correspondence with Groupon included all documentation of attempts to contact Weightrx and their AI response that they would respond within 48 hours. If you purchased through Groupon, I encourage you to file a complaint with them. Hopefully they are removed from Groupon. WEIGHTRX Definitely felt like a SCAM. Refund received July 18,2024.

I began using Weightrx in July 2023. Initially, customer service was terrible, and getting refills took forever. However, for the past six months, I haven't had any issues until now. In June, I was charged for three months and received my June medication, but despite sending five emails and numerous messages, I haven't received anything to check in with my doctor. What is going on?

Same as everyone else, charged me june 18th and crickets. I filed a complaint with my bank and hopefully they can block future charges! Scumbags....several emails and messages...nothing

My account has been charged and I have received nothing. I have sent 3 emails with no response, only a bounce back email claiming they will contact me within 48 hrs and that never happens. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, and reporting their website as fraud.

Scammed, just like everyone else here. Same story, same outcome. I keep getting an email telling me to wait 48 hours and someone will get back to me...it has been weeks- well over 48 hours. I want the product I purchased or a full refund....Kristen Ramsay paid for everything on 07/04/2024...someone get back to me and make this right!

I started program in April 2024....paid my $229 & received medication for April & May. It didn't work at all....lost a few lbs but nothing substantial, even after following the program to the letter!! At the end of May I was struggling financially and Emma suggested "4 easy payments" through Klarna...WHAT A JOKE! In June, klarna charged two payments for $57.25 before I canceled my subscription with Emma due to knee surgery I was scheduled for and had yesterday, July 16th....I have been trying to get my refund for $114.50 for the 2 payments Klarna charged me for but there is NO customer service # for Klarna and Emma has gone MIA....she did try to tell me that my medication was shipped and delivered for June, but it wasn't. I even sent her my bank statement and my klarna receipts and that's when she ghosted me!!! I told her to show me proof where my medication was delivered for June and of course she never responded. That's because there is no proof of shipment because it was never sent!! I will be filing a complaint through BBB & also filing fraud through my credit card. I did cancel my credit card so klarna has no way to charge me for the last 2 payments but they are tacking on late charges. The reason is because incompetent Emma never contacted them to cancel yhe payments. I am certain I won't get my refund, and the best I can do is tell my story and advise everyone that WEIGHTOX IS A SCAM and EMMA cannot be trusted. If you want medication that doesn't work, people who steal your money & then ignore you, then Weightox is for you....this company is barely legit and has so many negative reviews. I will continue to add to them!

First month received Semaglutide, have been charged two more times without receiving merchandise. Have filed a claim and will continue to file claims against them. The only way to contact is through email and they do not answer.

If it sounds too good to be true it is. They charge 2 months shipping and an 24 hour expedited fee for a dr to approve your RX and then they ghost you. They send automated responses to your emails and just charge your cc and steal your money. BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!
