I keep getting charged for services I’ve not received. I have contacted their support email several times with no communication. I WILL contact the BBB asap.

Very poor customer service! Also, possible scam? When first signing up for service, they offer an extra service for $29 to get your visit and medication expediated to same day. I paid for that service, BUT my visit and medication was not for a couple days after. I emailed customer service and was repeatadly told that they did not advertise that and typical time to get a visit is 17 days and paying for the expedited service only moves your file closer up. I requested a refund and was denied. I then emailed again requesting a refund and after over 2 weeks finally an email back denying my request for a refund AGAIN. This time when responding to the email, I sent screenshots of the advertisment and told them to refund my money. Within 30 minutes of sending that email, I got an email confirming they refunded the charge.

It went way too easy. Definite scam. After foolishly paying $45 initial consultation fee, I read reviews. Big no. Contacted them saying I wanted to cancel and refund my $45. Of course they said they would, and nothing. They were so quick to respond until they charged my card. Now crickets. Don't do it. Scam!

They never call it’s always texting. Aside from that I’ve found only the dietician keeps in touch. My experience as an RN it is woefully lacking. The message one gets from the lack of response is “ we don’t care”. There is no communication when to change the dose. If I knew this I would have never chosen them $435 later and 1 lbs loss in 4 + weeks.

Buyer beware- bought and paid for through Groupon, 3 months later they wrongfully charged me $349.00 , and didn’t even send anything. You can’t get through to them on the phone. I was charged in June and still haven’t been able to get a refund.

I’d give this company a zero if I could. Purchased an 8 week program. Had to then pay $130 for shipping. Then they charged me a $49 monthly fee. When I emailed four times, the only response I got was “we answer emails Monday-Friday.” Still no actual response. Stay away!

I honestly am disappointed that I can't give half a star because this company deserves negative stars. They ripped me off for $249 that I paid for my second month of medication. Said the 1st month 6 week semiglutide I signed up and paid for was actually the 2 months of meds. I thought 4 + 4= 8 but weightrx math is different than mine. Plus the first month of meds was for 6 weeks. That's what I paid for then another 249$ for the 2nd month. Told me to request my refill two weeks before I ran out. Now I'm being told the 6 weeks of medication deal included the 2nd month I paid for. Not to mention it's compounded with B12. Why is there only so little medication if B12 has been added to it?? Why do I see others with two vials of medication, one red and one clear?? I only received one small vial with that was red. Awful, awful company. Rip people off and attempt to make them feel stupid. Well I do feel stupid because I put my trust and my money in these scammers hands. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!!!

This is a "Bait and Switch" company. They refuse to honor Groupon, although the Groupon contract with their company is very clear!!! What I purchased is 8 weeks of Semiglutied with $60.00 for Fed Ex overnight shipping. On the website, they charge double for shipping, $130.00!! and a membership fee for $49.00 at 21 days, even though I purchased a program for 8 weeks! Who does that make sense to? There is no one to speak to and they stop returning emails when they cannot solve an issue. They refuse to speak to me, also. WeightRX is breaking Federal Trade Commission laws. Buyer Beware!!!!!!
