I pd for a year in advance received 2 months and now notbing and customer support just gives me run around. When i went to the sight they told me to to request refill and get same circle of eventseverytime and for 2 weeks no refill or contact from doctor for my third refill has come through. I m not making any more payments and reporting to bbb for fraud as well as to the bank.

I opted for the 12 month prepayment plan offered by Weight Rx at the end of 2025. I paid the requested $997 in advance for 12 monthly prescriptions / any dose. The process included having to request the refill each month and update the physician of any changes. I received my first monthly vial of semaglutide in November after my payment and initial intake. At the end of November, I requested my refill through the portal, completed my doctor appointment, and received my 2nd monthly vial in early December 2025. At the end of December, I completed the process again to request my January vial. At this point, I received an auto reply from the portal that stated my "intake was complete". I waited a week to see if my prescription refill was sent. It was not received by the pharmacy. I submitted three ticket for support through the portal and received not response. I purchased 12 months of semaglutide and have only received 2 months. There is no way to contact a person. Everything goes through the portal, so I have limited ability to request a refund or find out what has happened with the company. Update as of February 23, 2026. My credit card confirmed WeightRx in breach of contract. I received a partial credit for product not received. trust Pilot sent an email requesting additional information but the link did not work.

I’m very disappointed! My friend has had a great experience with this company but I paid for a full year in advance and have yet to hear a peep from them! I’ve waited patiently and then eventually submitted their “Contact Us” form 3x and still haven’t heard ANYTHING! I’m going to have my back stop payment report the fraud at this point. If they would have just responded with anything I would have been happy.

I just received my month 2 refill after submitting a request on the portal. It took a bit for a response but it was around the holidays so I figured there could be some delay or short staffed. My prescription was sent to pharmacy on a Friday. I figured it would be 3-5 days with the weekend & New Years holiday coming up. Surprisingly, it was sent from pharmacy Fed Ex Overnight & I received by Sunday. I was quite impressed!

I have been taking the shot for 3 weeks. Have tried to reach out to the doctor and support and have gotten no response. Very disappointing.

Took my money and won’t respond, won’t refund, won’t send product. Don’t trust them it is a scam!

I have maintained a steady weightloss throughout my program. I am currently down a total of 30 pounds over the last 6 months with Weight RX, and my recent blood work should vast improvement. It is very important to exercise. I have a 65 year old body that some days feels 80. Most of my exercise is done with aquatherapy or water aerobics due to multiple surgeries. I am starting to feel young and energetic again. I lost a total of 50 pounds from August 2024. I used a different company but the cost was 400.00 per month. I did not have any more doctor contact than I have with weight RX. Whenever I have a question or concern it is answered promply.

Customer service was quick and helpful. Doctor availability was also fast. I was always able to get answers to questions. The product was amazing and worked as promised!
