This company is horrifically disorganized. They are prescribing medication yet it takes more than a week to get a response to obtain the next prescription, leaving the patient (me) without a dose for at least a week. In fact, due to the storms in January, that prescription was delivered 2 weeks past my due date. Currently, I have been waiting more than a week for a response to my email, beyond the automated one… The medication may be inexpensive but is your health worth the gamble? Nightmarish “organization”.

I started purchasing from weightless RX in January. Everything was going good. Started out of the 2.5 dose. Finally made it up to the 10 mg lost a good bit of weight. My phone call was always answered by Caroline and as soon as I placed my 10 mg order for Via Scripts I can’t get in touch with anyone. It’s been a week now I’ve done missed a shot going on two weeks I’ve been sending a shot. They will not refund me my money. I paid the extra $50 for a consultation with the physician through the app that I wasn’t supposed to pay for if not refunded that back so I am disputing the charges with my credit card. No one ever answers the phone. You will receive a text message back with ABC or D for you to input. This is the worst company I will never ever ever break up mend them to anyone. I don’t understand how you start off good and then go straight to bad. this is a scam. I don’t know if they’ve been sold out as soon as I get my money back. I will be going with the more reputable company that I’ve done research on. Please be aware of weightless RX. It is a scam. Do not order from them do not you will never receive your product or get money refunded to your card total scam they should be ashamed of their self.

Company is a total scam. Stay away. Dont believe their 100% satisfaction guarantee. It’s a lie.

Horrible to work with Fraud taking money but meds never gets delivered not paying their bills BE CAREFUL ITS A SCAM

That had a sale and got overwhelmed but their service still is horrible. They are also trying to take down these reviews to make themselves look better. They did so within a few hours but won’t reply to an email for over a week and with useless information. Buyer beware.

i paid for the year for 1000$ it is the best deal around. I paid for it got it the next day on over night was shocked on how fast i got it. came with plenty of needles. thought it was a scam and was proved wrong. highly recommend.

I became a client as of January 16, 2026, and was charged the full amount for a yearly service at the time of enrollment. While the initial onboarding process was simple and easy, my experience since then has been disappointing. It is currently taking more than 24 hours to receive a response from a physician intake, and I have been attempting to obtain a delivery date without success. Due to my work as a traveling sales professional, I am only home for short periods of time, typically two to three days per week, so timely coordination is essential. Over the past three days, I have sent three separate emails without receiving any response. I do not appreciate the lack of communication, especially for what should be a straightforward request. At this point, I am contemplating requesting a refund, as I have not yet received a response or the necessary information to move forward. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your response.

I purchased the medication for weight loss. Never received my medicine. Contacted customer service several times, no answer period. Now they have me blocked from the patient portal. Currently working on trying to get my money back. This is a SCAM. DO NOT order from them.
