The delivery is fast and the medication is working well for me. I haven't had the best experience with customer service. I have had a hard time getting a response to my questions. I submit them via the website and got no response. The phone number was difficult to find and had to escalate the call to a supervisor to get things moving. Beware of the significant price increase if you need a higher dosage. This information is buried in the fine print!!!!!!!!!!!!

The process was easy to understand. Doctor was helpful and customer service through email is efficient. Pricing fair compared to others. Prompt mailing out of Rx with easy to follow instructions.
