Do not trust this company. If you buy a 6 months or 12 month plan. You think you are locking the price. Think twice. They send you only 3 months first and then when you request the next delivery they tell you they have to charge you more. Which is not advertised when get the offer. This is a false advertisement. Don’t trust companies like this.

Signing up was simple, the questions seemed thorough and the medication arrived quickly. I paid for the whole year at once which didnt seem like the best but its actually nice to not worry about paying more through the year.

In the beginning, the website was super easy to use. I reviewed all the information, including the part where it says your cost IS PROTECTED from increases. This is a lie. I got my first 3months very quickly! I connected with the doctor, and everything was going great... UNTIL... I was about a week out of needing a refill, so I initiated the refill process. I completed the form, answered all their emails, and told them I am happy with the current dose and don't want an increase in dosage. That's when I started getting "Past-Due" invoices. Mind you, I paid for a year up front. When I asked why I'm getting the invoices, they responded with "The increased dosage is an extra $99/mo." I have reached out to them SEVERAL times to insist they send only what I've already paid for, or issue me a refund. ... crickets... I reached out to the doctor, and he said he would escalate the issue, but haven't heard anything back. I really feel scammed and my next course of action is to go to the police and file fraud and theft charges. It's been almost a month since I requested my FIRST refill and have received nothing.
