No updates AND you were investigated for speaking investors money. I want my money BACK!!!! You're as unethical as the rest of the "companies* radiating money to pad their own pockets!

Hi Tracee, Thanks for reaching out. I was able to see that you were trying to cancel investments that have already been confirmed. Unfortunately, that isn't possible as they are legal contracts - Wefunder has no ground to break those. In regards to your claims that we are unethical, what I can tell you about the fine that we received is that it is for issues that are in the past. The settlement covers things that occurred between 2016 and early 2021. At that time, the laws were so bad they prevented us from growing our business and team, so we had to be lean. We didn’t employ enough compliance people until early 2021, when our GC was hired and started building the team. All the issues have since been cleaned up. The conduct did not harm our founders or investors. We have never mishandled investor funds, but for a time our growth outpaced our ability to move money quickly, so refunds and disbursements were delayed. We have since built out our money engineering team, vastly improved our processes, and reconciled all old transactions. If you would like to chat more, I would be happy to at [email protected].
