Wefunder offers ZERO customer support
Wefunder only offers email support. BUT..., any emails sent to this support email address go into a black hole! To date, I have sent 10's of emails over multiple issues spanning months. And I have received a grand total of zero responses Given that you are actually handing them money for investing, it makes the entire operation suspect. Makes you wonder how they will tackle the on-going relationships between hundreds of startups and their thousands of investors. I have cancelled all my pending investments with them and so should you. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
