Wefunder is the largest stock market for retail investors to invest in 'private' startups. We created this industry in 2012. Then we lobbied 9 years for regulatory reform. We petitioned Congress & shaped law. Invited to watch Obama sign the JOBS Act.We’re a Public Benefit Corporation with a goal to fund 20,000 more founders by 2029. In all 50 states. From all backgrounds. From coffee shops to supersonic planes. Backed by the people who believe in them. We help anyone invest in what they believe in – to vote with their dollars on what our society should fund. Together, we help more scrappy, hungry risk-takers take their shot to move our world in a better direction.Our vision is to be the pre-NASDAQ stock market. We want to make it normal for every high-growth startup to raise from their customers and fans in a "Community Round." Startups will be able to raise up to $150M in a primary offering from the public... but legally, they remain private companies. Secondary trades happen once every 9-18 months in a "long term stock market" that lines up with traditional VC raises. Companies get the upside of fans investing and liquidity, but without public company restrictions or quarterly earnings pressure.

The site has a glitch and i keep getting an error on the explore before now my app has explore info on both the explore & portfolio links? I have closed and restarted as well as fully logging out and restarting? I have change which browser I used as well?

First timer
My attempt to make a purchase was complicated by the number of emails received, I believe there were six or seven All matters could have been resolved by one person to person phone call As an accredited investor, I filled out all requirements that were made available to purchase using accredited status Then I am told I cannot use my self directed IRA account Then two days later I received a confirmation of my purchase on the same account As a serious private investor with over 50 transactions per year in activities, I find the only confirmation is a letter saying my payment has been received and will be held in escrow until released to the company

Trouble logging in and somehow was…
Trouble logging in and somehow was already in causing confusion and therefore could not find the place to login. It really didn't matter, since I do not remember my password which I will need to get at some point. Every time I login, I am automatically on the site. No chance to login. OK until another hack or computer problem. At this point no big deal, but I would like to know my password for my records for when I am no longer around!
