You initially selected your device's condition as "Flawless" which was not accurate, so we adjusted the condition to "Good". We offered to return your device in its original condition and provided an additional $5 as our way of showing appreciation for considering our service. Our website clearly states that PayPal charges a 2.9% fee for payments (Not a hidden fee), which was also communicated during the checkout process and via email.
