The service is okay, however, I feel that they should have paid me more for my unlocked iPhone 16 256gb. I should have sold it on eBay, as it would have gotten me more money, but then again, eBay is full of scammers who could purposely make a claim not as described, then you might be out of your money. The only other thing I didn’t like is that they sent me a paper check even though I have the same bank as the funds were sent from. I believe there are electronic payment options, but not without having to create an account on another service that you might only use once or twice in your life.

I rated my iPhone 14 Pro as “flawless”. Upon receiving my phone it was rated at 95/100 due to some barely visible tiny scratches by plug-in port and a few other scratches that they claimed were caused by my Otterbox cover that was put on day one. Screen was perfect. They offered $110 less than my original offer for a few tiny scratches barely visible to naked eye. Crazy! Interesting reply. Why compare my 14 Pro to a 13 Pro? Ahhh... now web trade-in has deleted their post which clearly stated that they compared my 14 pro to a 13 pro rather than responding to my question of why they would do that. Compare apples to apples!

Hi Bonnie, Thank you for your feedback — we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with the revised offer. Please know that we follow a consistent and transparent grading process for all devices we receive. In your case, our team carefully inspected the phone and found scratches around the 4 sides of the housing — which we documented in a video and shared with you prior to updating the offer. We completely understand how frustrating it can be when expectations don’t align, especially with a device that was well protected. That said, even with the noted wear, we offered a payment that was $10 higher than the highest quote listed on SellCell.com at the time for a good-condition iPhone 14 Pro — and you kindly accepted the revised offer. My apologies for the typo, and here is the video we previously sent you in email that we compared the price of good condition iPhone 14 Pro and offered you $10 more than the highest offer out there: https://product-image-bucket.s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/Bonnie's+iphone.mp4 We always aim to offer the most competitive pricing while applying fair and consistent grading standards for every customer. If you have any additional questions, would like to review the inspection video again, or prefer to have the device returned, we’re happy to help. Thank you again for choosing Web Trade-In — your feedback is valuable to us. Warm regards, The Web Trade-In Team

Gave me $50 less than I asked for because a microscopic (literally) scratch. Otherwise they paid a fair price and customer service was good albeit slow at times

They were offering the most so I decided to give them a try. I sent them a device in flawless condition and was told it had a small scratch on it. It didn’t when I sent it, so who knows what happened while it sat around in their facility while waiting to be inspected. It took 6 days AFTER delivery. They said people were sick so it happens. The communication was appreciated while waiting. They offered a lot less which I initially declined. However, if I wanted it back, I would need to send them a label or pay for the insurance on the return shipping (otherwise they would only send it back with budget shipping). I took the lower offer and they sent payment quickly after that. So it could have been worse. Lesson learned… I will go back to using the more reputable companies out there. I’ve never had any issues like this with the more well-known trade-in companies.

Hi William, Thanks for taking the time to share your valuable feedback. Currently we are the only business that provides free insurance for customers to mail their device in. When we return, we can only insure the package up to $100 free of charge, we are unable to purchase the full insurance because they are very expensive. Per your valuable feedback, we will consider record the entire process to show how we open the package and inspect the device. We are also glad that we made the deal happen. We were able to pay $5 more than the highest offer listed on sellcell.com Enjoy the long weekend! Only the best, webtradein.com

Just be aware that they will pick on the tiny scratches that is not even obvious and grade the phone as good instead of flawless. I took the offer and wish they paid more
