I ordered a letter sweater from this company. First, they were incredibly unhelpful when I contacted them asking what size I should order. I should have known better and gone elsewhere right then. I ordered the sweater in early March and was told it would be Delivered April 30th via email on March 11th. They charged my credit card. April 30th came and went without a single word from them. When I wrote to them asking what was happening, this is the email I received: "Unfortunately, we will not be able to fulfil your order as this item is on back order for now. We issued a full refund. We apologize for the inconvenient." Very unprofessional! Terrible company. Order elsewhere!

I had been looking to replace a letter jacket I wore 40 years ago and was amazed at how limited and pricey the jackets were until I came across Webjacket. They let me customize it exactly how I wanted it and the price was the best I had found anywhere. Because it is so customized, each one is made to order so the turn around time is about 6 weeks, but I was in no hurry. My jacket is an exact replica of the one I wore in high school and i've gotten many positive comments. I will absolutely recommend Webjacket to my friends who want a quality jacket at a reasonable price.

Ordered jacket Dec. 16. Got it Feb. 18. Very good quality. Exactly what I ordered, it's perfect. That said, it took too long, and when I tried to have it over-night delivered, the company said they would, but didn't, adding a week to an already long time-frame. No phone number, could only contact the company through emails, which they only responded to some of them and not immediately. For a while I thought I had been ripped off! Then we got it and it was awesome. So they do put out a great product, they're just not as professional as they need to be. If they were faster, and had better customer service,they could be the best. So, not a scam, but not the best either.

Site says allow 5-7 weeks for up to 3 jackets, I only ordered 1 yet it took over 11 weeks. The "check the status of your order" on the website does not work and their phone number does not work. That being said, the jacket was a good price and is nice looking, they just need to work on timing, communication and website functions so that people feel more confident about their order.

I received my item in 8 weeks, which I personally find average for a custom-made item. I shopped around before ordering from them. Yes, I could have got it from my local store, but it was double the price and the same period f not even longer. I ordered form them and it turned out to be great. I know that they mainly offer email customer support. But for me it was OK. And I find they do reply promptly. I am dealing with an online company after all. For the price I paid and the product that I received I can safely say the whole experience was A1. I would buy again and recommend them.

I would not recommend using webjacket. They over-promise and under-deliver. Their customer service is an email address that only sometimes replies to queries by those who have placed their orders. They did not know I was testing their site to see if I would place a larger order for my organization. The outcome is that I will not use them. Do not expect that they will keep you updated or deliver any better than an average product. Lower your expectations to near zero and you will not be disappointed. I cannot fathom the other reviews on this site being accurate given my experience thus far.

I ordered 2 jackets from these people and got them 3 months later. There is no customer service. The "customer service" number tells you their email address. I emailed 3 times and they only responded when I threatened to call my credit card to dispute the charges. Then I was told over email the jackets were shipped and weeks later I get an ermail that they had just been shipped. The jackets arrived a bit dirty. They overcharge for shipping:$44 for 2 light jackets and you get them in a plastic bag. Shipping can't be more than 15 bucks since you get the stuff months later. The good reviews here are fake. They are not fast and rarely answer emails.

I bought a custom jacket from WebJacket, and I am just thrilled with iit. It's so beautiful that the first couple of days I found myself going to the closet just to look at it. They do beautiful work, and they have that special customer-oriented quality that makes for a great buying experience.
