After a catastrohpic failure with their DNS servers which impacted my business for 4 straight days without service, they now moved me to another server after I tried to use my available space and was denied because the machine had no free space, even though I paid it. Then after the migration to a different server, things started getting out of hand. I've been exchanging emails with support for over a week in order to solve slow download/upload speeds, which average around 70Kbps, yes 9KB/s. They were great for the 6 year we've worked, but something happened to them this year which has blow the whole thing down. As a company, they are quickly dying.

Also been with this company for over 10 years. Past 2 years have been terrible. They eliminated their phone support although they still claim to have phone support on their homepage. They did a migration over the weekend and stated that no action was required for certain nameservers. Website is down and email is down. They did one in May and we received no email notification although they claimed they sent out an email. Constant issues with emails getting blacklisted due to other shared clients on their servers. I don't think they should be in the hosting business any longer.

I've been with Web Hosting Buzz for 10 years, on shared servers never an issue. Started this year getting all my client sites hacked, spammed, bad stuff. Moved one of my best clients to a dedicated server. Figured it'd be ok more memory etc... We've been down three times in FOUR weeks. Today was the last straw. The site has been down for more than six hours and no response at all. It's been an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE and I have a four week support history complaining on how we can better protect the server from outside attacks and issues. This is a MANAGED server I purchased from them. You'd think maybe somebody there would give a rip and take a look to see if there's things they could have done to PREVENT this from happening three times in four weeks. Its a real shame but whatever poor business model they think they are adopting to "increase revenue" well guys, it's NOT working and I'm sure you're dropping customers like skeeters being sprayed. I can't tell you I WISH I HAD SEEN THESE REVIEWS SOONER! Wherever they went, the coffin is in the hole and being buried as we speak. Look elsewhere, for your own sanity.

Too much downtime...recently down for a day, then two days later down for three days due to a server migration. Not good enough...

Beyond frustrating experience. I was happy with webhostingbuzz for years-- great pricing, easy to resolve issues via chat... but this last year has been a nightmare with multiple clients sites going down repeatedly. In the middle of June there was a server migration that caused my site to go down and my email to be impacted-- but the current situation is the WORST I have ever experienced. My email and site was down for some 36 hours and still seems unstable. My domain is unfortunately registered through them so I am stuck waiting on them to finally release it so I can fully transfer my service.

I am a customer for five years . the service just fell , I had huge prejudice because of them not recommend!

I have been with WHB for over 10 years now, and it has been in the last 5 that they have gone down hill. From the overseas (Russian from the looks of it) customer service, which used to be right here in the US, to downtimes of over a day at a shot (twice this year so far). I wish I knew what happened to them, but they are going to lose all their businesses who rely on 100% uptime of their websites and email. Not to mention that their reputation is going down the drain, and rightfully so.

All I wanted was reliable email forwarding, and they can't provide that. The shared server I'm assigned to has been down 2x in less than a year, and now they are experiencing a total DNS failure. Not reliable. Time to move on to other solutions.
