Customer Service Is poor
I closed my account with webhosting Buzz after being a 2 year VPS customer. I have paid every month consistently with no problems, until this month where there was a double charge on my account which I inquired about. They suspended my account without my knowledge and took almost 36 hours to reinstate it. Their billing department is slow and quite frankly useless. Lack of phone support and do not have support agents based in the US. Plenty other hosting companies that offer same pricing with MUCH better customer service! You lost a good customer Webhosting Buzz!
