Complete trash. Lost all data. Continuous problems. Buyer beware

Wie hier schon einige angemerkt haben, liegt werder eine Rechung im Paket bei, noch wird sie per Mail versand. Bestellbestätigung und Versandbestätigung kamen ganz normal per Mail. Nachfrage beim Support: Angeblich würden deutsche Mailanbieter (bei mir web.de) die Adresse "noreply [at] wdc.com" blockieren. Im Spam Ordner ist nichts, ich habe die Adresse jetzt bei web.de auf die "Erwünscht-Liste" gesetzt und hoffe, dass sie nun durchkommt. Insgesamt war der Support eher ungehalten und meinte, das Problem würde bei mir liegen. Dabei ist das Problem ja offensichtlich ein Problem des Shops und nicht des Kundens, was man sicher lösen könnte (die anderen Mails schaffen es ja auch zum Kunden).

Solo hay que ver que el 89% de las opiniones son de 1 estrella para comprender qué es LA PEOR en lo que respecta discos duros. Los famosos caviar green con el defecto de aparcado de cabezal y ojo! Si lo querías reclamar en garantía perdías la posibilidad de recuperar datos….negocio redondo. JAMÁS VOLVERÉ A COMPRAR NADA DE ESTOS ESTAFADORES.

The worst customer support ever! I bought an external hard drive that became faulty a few weeks later, not spinning up and grinding against the case etc Raised a warranty claim and sent it back for a replacement…. now three weeks later and still waiting for the replacement to be dispatched. Contacting customer support results in the generic response that this has been escalated in their internal team. So I just have to keep waiting. Awful.

Ein Problem ist mit einem Produkt aufgetaucht, für die Lösung muss ich den Kundendienst bezahlen damit dieser mir für fehlerhafte Ware weiterhilft.

ware kommt nicht antwort kommt nicht versand nach einer woche immer noch nicht eindruck und verhalten: wie in Betrugsfällen finger weg!!!!

I want to shout out to Western Digital for helping with my recent purchase for a portable hard disk drive. They helped to solved the shipping issue immediately - just 15 mins on the live chat. It's incredible! I love it! Beware of their DELIVERY PARTNER though (the BROWN van - go figure, not putting names because of legal reasons), they are THE WORSE - spent 1 hour 30mins on the phone with them and nothing resolved! I will be leaving a review for them too.

Dopo neanche un mese il WD RED PRO 4Tb è morto, cigliegina sulla torta sto ancora aspettando la fattura di acquisto dal venditore (Digitalstore24). Da dimenticare Wertern Digital e Digitalstore24
