Wayside GardensReviews of waysidegardens.com

Have ordered many plants from Wayside Gardens over the last decade. Plants have always arrived in excellent condition with great protective packaging. I always water immediately & remove from package. Attempt to plant in enhanced soil the next day & keep watered when no rain daily for at least 2-4 weeks. I can honestly say there have been no deaths of plants. I find the plant selection very thorough with ease of ordering on website. Highly recommend Wayside Gardens for plant additions to your garden.

The selection of plants is great. I want one of every thing. When something has failed, it has been quickly replaced without any quibbling.

I love Wayside Gardens! Its selections are better than what we usually find in our local garden nurseries, and we always get so many compliments on our beautiful yard. That's because most of the plants came from Wayside Gardens.

I have been a customer of Wayside Gardens for many years and have never had a problem. Quality plants.

I have never been disappointed with anything I have order from Wayside! Everything arrives healthy and beautiful. Love Wayside Gardens!!

I've never been disappointed with a plant from Wayside Gardens. I've tried other online outlets trying to be "penny wise" only to find that you get what you pay for, and I'm willing to pay for the careful shipping and strong young plants that Wayside provides. Of course, I have my favorites, but I have to give the plants themselves some of the credit for that! I also find their site user friendly, with the information I need to make an appropriate choice for my space. Over the years I've had a question or two, and found their customer service both helpful and friendly. This is an excellent company and I highly recommend them.

I had a poor customer service experience when my CC expired before the shipping date. My flowers arrived wilted and dead.

I had a terrible experience. If customer service had done some follow-up on the order I could have asked that the half dead, wilted Hollyhocks I received be exchanged or refunded. I also had issues with customer service when my CC expired before the shipping date. I had such a bad experience that I now just throw out your catalog without looking at it. You can remove me from your mailing list due to poor customer service and a product that I was dissatisfied with. Thank you- Kris Boulter
